Account Deletion – FCR Hotels App

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the following methods:

In-App Deletion:

– Open the FCR Hotels app
– Go to Profile > Settings
– Tap on „Delete Account“

Request via Email:

– Send an email to: support@fcr-hotels.de
– Subject: Account Deletion Request
– Include your registered email ID

What happens when you delete your account:
– Your personal information will be permanently deleted
– Your booking history may be retained for legal or accounting purposes
– This process is irreversible

Processing Time:
– Requests are processed within 7 working days
